Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this time frame.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be returned in their original packaging

  • Show no signs of damage or wear

Please note that final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Requesting a Return

To request a return, please email support@sonaara.ca with your order number and reason for the return. Once your request is reviewed, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and proof of shipment, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@sonaara.ca as soon as possible.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Our team will review the issue and work quickly to provide a suitable resolution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
